Welcome to the Heritage Plank Floors blog! You may have visited our old blog back when we were known as Our Heritage Preserved. A lot has changed since then and we will describe all of those changes in a future entry.
Today we want to take this opportunity to introduce our new blog and its purpose. We were not able to update our previous blog as frequently as we liked. At that time we were stretched far too thin to be able to devote the man hours necessary to update the blog with quality content. Over the past several years we have grown tremendously and have been able to add many new people to our team. Luckily, we now are able to devote someone to updating our blog and website full time.
Why is this blog so important to us? We feel it is our responsibility to maintain this blog on behalf of customers that are in the market for wood flooring. Wood flooring can make or break the décor of your home and in today’s market there are thousands of options available to the consumer. This blog will provide consumers with information in a no pressure environment that is also interactive. Readers can post their questions in our comments section and we will have one of our professionals quickly respond with an informative answer. If your question requires a more full discussion of the issues then one of our professionals will follow up with you in an offline setting.
While providing an informative wood flooring forum for consumers is the number one purpose of this blog, it is not the only one. We also plan to use this forum to display our unique and special projects. Hopefully, these projects will provide our readers with inspiration for their own projects. Also, a unique feature that we plan to enact involves allowing our customers to follow their projects through our process. As the blog grows and evolves there will certainly be new features added in the future. If you have some ideas regarding features that you would like to see please feel free to contact us.
Finally, we will be upgrading the look of the blog over the next week to match the rest of the site. Also, we will begin to update the content of the site regularly starting today. So be sure and check back soon.
