Jim Blount – President & Director of Sales
Prior to his arrival at Heritage, Jim served as a partner with Glenwood Capital in Raleigh, NC where he raised investment capital for emerging small businesses. From 1995 to 1998 Jim served as Business Liaison to Treasury Secretary Robert E. Rubin at the United States Department of the Treasury where advised the Washington, DC offices of major corporations on financial matters in front of Congress.
From 1993 to 1995 Jim was an Assistant to the Director of the Office of Management and Budget in Washington, DC. He serves on several local charity and civic boards and enjoys spending time with his family on the coast of North Carolina.

Drock Vincent - Vice President & CFO
As the Chief Financial Officer for Heritage Plank Floors, Drock oversees all of the company's financial dealings. He is also active in sales where he is responsible for training all new sales associates. In this role he educates the new sales associates on all reclaimed and newly sawn wood flooring products.
Prior to becoming the Chief Financial Officer in 2007, Drock spent 10 years in the commercial banking industry. Drock currently resides in Atlantic Beach, NC where he enjoys inshore fishing, golfing, biking and day trips on the boat with his two daughters.

Wayne Noble - Vice President for Mill Operations
Wayne Noble directs all mill operations with respect to all reclaimed and new growth solid finished flooring products. In this capacity, he is responsible for grading all flooring products that are milled to finished products. Prior to founding Heritage Plank Floors, Wayne was Vice President of Production for Thorpe Tobacco Company.
In his spare time Wayne enjoys woodworking and collecting antique mantles, doors and architectural elements from historic homes.

Scott Chamblee - Vice President for Install, Sand and Finish
Scott serves as our Vice President for install, sand and finish for all flooring products. In his role Scott is responsible for scheduling all install, sand and finish crews on new construction and renovation jobs.
Scott assures our customers that the install, sand and finish process is completed on-time and all jobs are maintained in a neat and clean atmosphere.
Scott joins us as a partner while continuing to co-own his own business - NHance Revolutionary Wood Renewal,
which specializes in wood floor refinishing and cabinet restoration. Prior to this Scott managed an accounting firm and served as a sales associate at Ferguson Enterprises.
He enjoys spending time with his family, mostly hunting and fishing on the coast.
He graduated from NC State University with a Degree in Business Management and Marketing and resides in Greenville, NC

Rick Dail - Director of Commercial/Architectural/Importing
Rick has over 18 years experience in the wood products industry. Over the years he has developed a passion for sustainable building products and practices that translate into architectural, retail, and residential construction projects.
Whether your needs are for domestic or exotic species Rick has the experience necessary to guide you through the many choices we offer at Heritage Plank Floors in your search for the look and feel you desire.
Most of Rick's free time is spent with his family, coaching soccer, occasional golf, hiking in the mountains, boating at the coast. He graduated from Appalachian State University in 1992 and resides in Raleigh, NC.

Nelson Galloway - Market President - Florida
Nelson Galloway directs sales and implementation activity for the Florida market. Specializing in reclaimed and new growth hardwoods, Nelson is an environmentally responsible flooring specialist without sacrificing quality and style.
Prior to joining the Heritage team, for 17 years, Nelson was an Executive Sales Manager for New Generation Computing, a firm specializing in high-end computer software systems focused on accounting, manufacturing and design.
He received his Batchelor's Degree in Public Relations from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. Nelson enjoys deep sea fishing, snorkeling, snow-skiing and networking events while not working.

David Joyce - Market President - North Carolina
David has been in and around construction most of his life having a father and two brothers as custom builders. David has 9 years of professional sales experience of which 7 years were construction related.
Prior to joining Heritage Plank Floors, David worked as a sales associate for Chatham Steel, a division of Reliance Steel and Aluminum Corporation. Prior to this experience, he was in sales at CB Structures where he sold farm and agriculture supply buildings. In his free time he enjoys being outside, preferably at the beach or in the mountains.
His hobbies include hiking, fishing, good music, and chilling with his dog. David graduated from Appalachian State University and resides in Raleigh.

Mark Hayes- Market President - South Carolina
A native of Durham, Mark grew up admiring the character of the Tobacco warehouses and Textile mills, as well as the rustic beauty of the many Tobacco barns of the Tarheel state.
Following time as a Naval Officer he sold Medical equipment and devices for over 20 years throughout South Carolina.
He is passionate about the reclamation of old structures and helping his customers to achieve their desire for a stunning, greener home.
Mark graduated from UNC Chapel Hill and lives in Mt. Pleasant. He enjoys boating, fishing and the outdoors.

Jeramy Nichols - Market President - Virginia
Jeramy's background includes a wide range of experiences in wood products ranging from residential and commercial to high end architectural panels in both domestics and exotics. He has worked in all aspects of wood products from forestry to manufacturing to installations. Jeramy specializes in working with architects and designers to specify unique sustainable products suitable for LEED projects.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, mountain biking, camping, and bluegrass music. Jeramy graduated from Marshall University with a Degree in Marketing. He resides in Danville, Virginia.
