Our reclaimed flooring is milled from salvaged wood from unused tobacco warehouses, tobacco barns and textile mills located across the state of North Carolina. The heart pine, chestnut and oak wood, once reclaimed, is milled into planks then slow air dried in our kiln and molded into “Tongue and Groove” plank flooring. We offer various grades of each reclaimed product varying by species.
Our new growth solid floors are milled from environmentally friendly wood products. We offer an extensive line of new growth solid species that are milled to each customer’s specifications. Our new growth floors are milled with average lengths of 8 foot to 11 foot with some lengths up to 14 foot. We offer various grades of each new growth product varying by species.
Our facility is fully equipped with state-of –the- art machinery to handle your custom millwork job. Our trained technicians custom build stair treads, stair risers, handrails, pickets, newel posts, shoe molding, baseboards and cove/crown moldings. Our custom millworks are made by the finest equipment, which includes Weinig molders, Woodtech planers and Cooks saws. We welcome input from our customers who have a special custom millwork request along with their flooring order.
